Melinda came to me by recommendation, and I had a great experience working with her. I visited a property last minute and she was able to coordinate with the seller's agent to show the property, and I made an offer that day. She keeps you in the loop at all times. Melinda was our realtor for both the purchase of our new home as well as the sale of our condo. Our experience with both transactions was hands down the best we could have ever expected. We had to go up against multiple offers for our purchase and she provided us with all the information we needed along with her recommendation on what we needed to do to get the home, and we did! We interviewed quite a few real estate agents. Five siblings needed to agree on who we were all most comfortable with. All five chose Melinda.
